  • Partner – Director of the Unit of Trade Remedies and International Trade. She has represented numerous domestic and foreign companies in anti – dumping and safeguards proceedings. In addition, he is the representative of numerous companies before the National Government in the application of international trade promotion instruments, especially focused on free trade zones and free trade agreements (FTAs).In the public sector, she served as coordinator for Colombia in the negotiation of the Pacific Alliance Agreement, and as deputy negotiator for the Trade Remedies chapter in different FTAs including USA, Chile, Northern Triangle, Canada and EFTA (European Free Trade Association). Likewise, she was the commercial policy advisor for the Federacion Nacional de Ganaderos de Colombia FEDEGAN (National Cattlemen Federation).

    Olga Lucia has specialized studies in trade policy and international trade from the World Trade Organization (WTO), the World Bank and the Organization of American States (OAS). 

    In 2019, she was recognized by the international ranking Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in the International Trade practice. Olga Lucia is currently the chair of the Foreign Trade Committee of the Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce – AmCham Colombia.
